Your Guarantee
We want you to feel satisfied with our service. We will endeavour to swiftly resolve any complaint or concern you may have in relation to the operation of our psychic service.
(This is only available for bookings made on this website or credit card readings and does not apply to the 0906 lines. If you are unhappy with your reading on the 0906 line please hang up and try another reader. A good reader who is connecting with you should connect within three minutes and give you information which you feel they could not know about)
Refunds
We have a 'no link' policy, which means that if the client feels that within the first 'five minutes' of a credit card reading that they have not made a link with their psychic then we will put them through to another reader. Occasionally, if there has been no connection before five minutes, then a full refund will be given. Refunds are given at the discretion of the company as standard procedure is that an alternative reader's details would be passed on to the customer in place of a refund.

All calls are recorded via the 0207 183 1998 and 0906 539 0180 number.

All calls are recorded via the 0906 539 0180 number, and the service is provided by Inveroak Ltd.
Cancellations
Payments made will be held in credit for the client to use within 30 day period. Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellations.
